Requirement Gathering Meet with company leaders to understand HR processes rules for time off payroll and talent management System Configuration Set up and adjust software settings to match company policies without writing custom code Testing and Validation Run tests create test scripts and validate data to ensure the system works correctly before launch Training and Support Teach workers and managers how to use the tool and fix any daily problems that pop up Documentation Write clear process maps configuration guides and user manuals
