Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Electrical / Civil Engineer or Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day site activities across project locations in Silvassa.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily electrical/civil site activities.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure proper use of materials and resources.
- Check work as per drawings and specifications.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
- Coordinate material requirements with the concerned team.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Report site progress and issues to senior management.
- Travel to different project sites within Silvassa as required.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience.
- Experience in site supervision and manpower coordination.
- Good knowledge of electrical/civil site work.
- Ability to understand basic drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and contractors.
- Comfortable working at different site locations in Silvassa.
