Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and track ongoing projects and action items
* Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and ensure timely follow-ups
* Prepare meeting minutes and status reports
* Communicate with team members and stakeholders regarding project updates
* Monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are met
* Maintain project documentation and records
* Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate when required
* Support event coordination and operational activities
* Maintain dashboards, trackers, and Excel reports
Required Skills
* Strong organizational and coordination abilities
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities
* Attention to detail and follow-through
* Basic reporting and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
* Prior experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or team management preferred
* Experience with project management tools is an added advantage
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
