Position: Western Dance Teacher

Job Summary
The Indian Public School (TIPS) is seeking a passionate and energetic Western Dance Teacher to inspire students through creative movement and performance. The ideal candidate will teach various Western dance forms, develop students' confidence and stage presence, and prepare them for school events, competitions, and performances.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging Western dance classes for students across different grade levels.
- Teach dance styles such as Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Freestyle, and other Western dance forms.
- Choreograph performances for annual days, cultural events, competitions, and special school programs.
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, discipline, and self-expression through dance.
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment during dance sessions.
- Coordinate with school staff for events and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or professional certification in Dance/Performing Arts is preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching Western dance to school students.
- Strong choreography and performance skills.
- Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their artistic development.
