Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Van Sales Representative to manage direct sales and distribution across assigned routes in Hyderabad city. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining retailer relationships, and ensuring product availability in the market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Distribution
- Execute daily van sales operations in assigned routes/areas
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets
- Ensure proper stock availability and visibility in retail outlets
- Expand market coverage by adding new retailers
2. Route Management
- Follow beat plan and route schedule strictly
- Plan daily sales visits efficiently to maximize coverage
- Maintain discipline in route operations and reporting
3. Retailer Relationship
- Build strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Ensure timely order booking and delivery
4. Cash & Billing Management
- Handle cash collections and credit sales responsibly
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and documentation
- Deposit daily collections as per company policy
5. Product Promotion
- Ensure product display and merchandising at outlets
- Promote new products and schemes
- Increase brand visibility in the market
Key Requirements
Qualification
- Minimum: Any Degree
- Experience in FMCG van sales preferred (1–3 years)
Skills
- Good communication skills (Telugu & basic English)
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of Hyderabad routes/areas
- Ability to handle cash and maintain records
Other Requirements
- Valid Driving License (Light Commercial Vehicle preferred)
- Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad
- Physically fit for field sales work

Working Conditions
