Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Representative to expand Vashishti’s presence across Mumbai across Retail and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes). The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing partnerships, and increasing product visibility and institutional sales.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales
Identify and onboard:
Premium grocery stores
Organic stores
Gourmet food outlets
Modern trade stores
Housing society stores
Ensure proper product display and visibility.
Generate repeat orders from retailers.
HORECA / Institutional Sales
Approach and onboard:
Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, Cloud kitchens, Present bulk pack offerings (A2 Ghee, Honey, Pickles etc.), Develop B2B relationships with chefs and purchase managers, Negotiate pricing for bulk orders, Ensure consistent repeat business.
Sales Targets
Open minimum ___ new retail stores per month.
Onboard ___ HORECA clients per month.
Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
Maintain repeat order cycle from existing clients.
Commercial Responsibilities
Collect payments and manage outstanding dues.
Monitor stock levels and reorder cycles.
Share competitor pricing and market feedback.
Required Skills
1–3 years experience in FMCG / Food / HORECA sales (preferred).
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of Mumbai retail & hotel/restaurant market.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
Willing to travel across Mumbai daily.
Qualifications
Minimum: HSC / Graduate preferred.
Experience in gourmet, organic, or premium products is an advantage.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives
