This is a Admission/Career Counsellor role in our new and upcoming Arena Animation centre at Nungambakkam
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on suitable courses based on their interest, career goals, and skill levels.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and enrolment formalities clearly.
- Convert walk-ins, leads, enquiries, and calls into course enrolments.
- Follow up with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain student enquiry data and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with academic team for demo classes, faculty interactions, and student orientation.
- Meet monthly admission / enrolment targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents.
Skill Requirements
- Strong communication & convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of multimedia, design, VFX, gaming, or willingness to learn.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle walk-ins, calls, and counselling sessions confidently.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in counselling, tele-calling, sales, or education industry preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
