We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in Joomla, Laravel (PHP), and Python, along with hands-on experience in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with React.js will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Joomla, Laravel (PHP), Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Work with frontend frameworks such as React.js; hands-on experience with React will be an added advantage.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Develop backend logic, database schemas, and server-side components.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality applications.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend and backend application issues.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
- Manage application deployment, version control, and server configurations.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, sprint planning, and project estimations.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Joomla and Laravel (PHP).
- Good working knowledge of Python; experience with Django or Flask is a plus.
- Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing responsive and cross-browser-compatible web applications.
- Knowledge of React.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks is an added advantage.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JSON-based services.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and backend design patterns.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred / Additional Skills
- Hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
- Knowledge of JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
- Experience with Linux servers, hosting environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with queue systems, cron jobs, and caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.
- Prior experience handling third-party API integrations.
- Understanding of responsive UI/UX principles.
- Experience with performance optimization for both frontend and backend applications.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
