ABOUT REDIAL CLINIC
ReDial Clinic (Reversing Diabetes with Lifestyle Management) is one of India's pioneering physician-led centres focused on reversing chronic metabolic disease — not merely managing it. Founded by Dr. Gagandeep Singh, the clinic has helped over 1,000 patients achieve meaningful reversals across Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity, PCOS, Dyslipidaemia, and Fatty Liver through structured, evidence-based lifestyle interventions. As ReDial grows, technology is becoming central to how we deliver care, track patient outcomes, and scale our reach. We're looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer who can build and own our technology stack — from our website and patient systems to automation and data — and turn it into a genuine competitive advantage for the clinic.
THE ROLE
This is not a purely strategic, hands-off leadership role. You will be the technical backbone of India's leading metabolic disease reversal clinic — working closely with the Founder, Marketing team, Clinical Operations, and external developers/vendors to build and maintain the systems that power patient acquisition, patient care, and internal operations. With 4+ years of experience, you will be expected to work with minimal supervision, take ownership of technology decisions end-to-end, and balance hands-on execution with long-term technical strategy. You will report directly to the Founder and have real ownership over ReDial's technology roadmap.
AREAS YOU'LL OWN
◆ Website & Web Platforms — owning the website, landing pages, and patient-facing web experience, including performance, uptime, and conversion optimisation
◆ Patient Systems & CRM — managing and improving the CRM, patient records system, and any patientfacing app or portal
◆ Marketing & Ops Automation — building and maintaining automations (e.g. via Zapier/n8n) that connect ads, CRM, WhatsApp, and internal workflows
◆ Data & Analytics — setting up dashboards and reporting so the Founder's team can track leads, conversions, and patient outcomes in real time
◆ Data Security & Compliance — ensuring patient data is stored and handled securely, with appropriate access controls and compliance practices
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
◆ Own the technical roadmap for ReDial's website, CRM, automations, and any internal tools, prioritising based on business impact
◆ Build, maintain, and troubleshoot the clinic's website and landing pages, working with designers/freelancers as needed
◆ Set up and manage integrations between the CRM, ad platforms, WhatsApp/email tools, and other marketing and operations systems
◆ Evaluate, select, and implement software tools (CRM, EMR, scheduling, analytics) that improve patient experience and clinic efficiency
◆ Manage relationships with external developers, agencies, or freelance technical talent, reviewing their work for quality
◆ Set up secure, reliable data storage and backup practices for patient records and business data
◆ Build dashboards and reports that give the Founder's team visibility into leads, conversions, and campaign performance
◆ Identify opportunities to use automation and AI tools to reduce manual work across marketing, operations, and content teams
◆ Troubleshoot technical issues quickly across web, CRM, and automation systems to minimise disruption to patient-facing operations
◆ Independently manage technical priorities and timelines with minimal day-to-day supervision
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
◆ 4+ years of experience in a technology, engineering, or technical product role, ideally with some ownership of a full stack or platform
◆ Hands-on experience with website development/management (e.g. WordPress or similar) and basic web technologies
◆ Working knowledge of CRM systems and automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, or similar ◆ Comfortable evaluating, setting up, and integrating third-party software tools without heavy reliance on external vendors
◆ Basic understanding of data security and best practices for handling sensitive personal or health data
◆ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
◆ Demonstrated ability to manage technical priorities and deliverables independently, with minimal day-to-day direction
Preferred — Strong Advantage
◆ Prior experience in a healthcare, wellness, or D2C startup environment
◆ Experience working with CRM/EMR systems used in clinics or healthcare settings
◆ Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied to marketing, content, or operations workflows
◆ Experience managing freelance developers or small technical teams
◆ Personal interest in health, fitness, or nutrition — helps in building systems that genuinely serve patients
