We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Bird Farm Assistant to support the daily operations of our bird farm. The ideal candidate should be passionate about animal care, willing to work in a farm environment, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and bird welfare.
Key ResponsibilitiesBird Care & Feeding
- Feed birds according to the prescribed schedule in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
- Monitor feed and water levels to ensure birds have continuous access to nutrition.
- Observe birds daily and report any signs of illness, injury, or abnormal behavior.
Farm Maintenance & Cleaning
- Clean bird enclosures, cages, nesting areas, and surrounding farm premises regularly.
- Remove waste and maintain proper hygiene standards throughout the farm.
- Disinfect equipment and bird housing areas as instructed.
- Ensure the farm remains neat, organized, and safe at all times.
Hand-Raising Chicks
- Assist in hand-feeding and caring for chicks according to established protocols.
- Monitor chick growth, health, and feeding schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness of brooder boxes, feeding equipment, and chick-rearing areas.
- Record feeding and health observations when required.
General Farm Duties
- Assist with bird handling, transportation, and routine health checks.
- Support breeding and incubation activities when needed.
- Help maintain inventory of feed, supplements, and farm supplies.
- Perform other farm-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of bird care or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
- Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable handling birds and chicks.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Previous experience in poultry, aviculture, animal care, or farming is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Schedule
- Morning, afternoon, and evening farm duties as per operational requirements.
- Weekly off as determined by management.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
