The Role
As a Lead Generation Intern, you will be the engine that drives our sales pipeline. You will learn how to identify top-tier prospects and build the foundation for real business growth. This is a highly strategic role where you will gain hands-on experience in global market research.
What You Will Do Every Day:
- Find New Business: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify and build targeted lists of high-value B2B executives and decision-makers. You will primarily focus on key markets across the Middle East and India, specifically zeroing in on the energy, technology, real estate, and financial sectors.
- Qualify Leads: Assist in initial outbound outreach by drafting targeted emails and utilising LinkedIn to verify contact information and spark interest in our publications and upcoming corporate awards.
- Data & Pipeline Management: Keep clear, highly accurate, and organised records of your research, prospect lists, and daily activities in our CRM.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global industry trends and competitor activities to help the senior sales team discover untapped markets and new business opportunities.
Who We Are Looking For
You do not need years of experience to be successful here. We want someone who is extremely organised, eager to learn, and ready to hustle.
- Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Great Communicator: You possess excellent written communication skills and a professional tone for engaging with senior business leaders globally.
- Goal-Oriented: You are detail-oriented, highly motivated by hitting daily/weekly targets, and do not give up easily when tracking down difficult-to-find information.
- Tech-Ready: You are comfortable navigating LinkedIn, email automation tools, and spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets), and are eager to learn modern CRM platforms.
