Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and their attendants with a courteous and professional approach.
- Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
- Guide patients through consultation, diagnostic tests, treatment, and follow-up appointments.
- Act as a single point of contact for patients throughout their hospital journey.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostic departments, pharmacy, billing, and insurance teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints, and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure timely communication of appointment schedules, test reports, and treatment plans.
- Assist patients with admission documentation, consent forms, and other required paperwork.
- Facilitate insurance and corporate patient coordination by liaising with the billing and insurance departments.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and collect feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments, post-discharge care, and patient education as advised by the clinical team.
- Ensure patients experience minimal waiting time by coordinating effectively with relevant departments.
- Support emergency patient coordination whenever required.
- Prepare daily coordination reports and update patient status in the Hospital Information System (HIS).

Pay: ₹23,625.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
