Position Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Reception Executive for our automobile dealership/service center. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, vehicle service appointments, job card preparation, and coordination between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting the service center in a professional manner.
- Understand customer complaints and service requirements properly.
- Prepare job cards and explain estimated repair timelines and costs.
- Coordinate with workshop supervisors and technicians regarding vehicle status.
- Update customers regularly about service progress and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain service records.
- Follow up with customers after service for feedback and satisfaction.
- Promote additional services, accessories, AMC, insurance, and value-added products.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery with complete explanation of work carried out.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service-related targets.

Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or any related field preferred.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in automobile service reception/customer handling.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Working Hours
- As per company policy and dealership timings.

- Prior experience in automotive dealerships will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
