Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and maintain regular communication.
- Follow up with customers as required.
- Address basic customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Update customer interaction details in the system.
- Ensure a professional and courteous experience during every interaction.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in calling, telecalling, customer support, or customer relationship roles.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Comfortable with a calling-based role.
- Basic Excel and Computer knowledge.
Preferred Candidate
- Jaipur-based candidates only.
- Confident, customer-focused, and proactive.
- Good follow-up and communication skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
