Responsibilities
- Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Handle vehicles with care and follow all traffic and safety regulations
- Assist guest with luggage when required
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and parking locations
- Inspect vehicles for existing damage before parking and report any issues
- Ensure vehicle keys are stored securely
- Keep the valet parking area clean, organized, and safe
- Coordinate with the Front office team to provide seamless guest service
- Report accidents, damages, or security concerns immediately
Requirements
- Valid driving license
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a valet driver or driver in hotel
- Good driving skills with knowledge of both manual and automatic vehicles
- Ability to work flexible shifts
