About the Role
Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Lead to manage and guide a sales team handling inbound inquiries for our digital commerce solutions.
This role focuses on team leadership, process management, and driving consistent conversions through structured follow-ups and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of business development executives
- Set and track daily/weekly performance targets
- Monitor lead handling, follow-ups, and conversions
- Conduct team reviews, coaching, and performance improvement sessions
- Ensure proper use of CRM and adherence to defined processes
- Support the team in handling high-priority inquiries
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales/business development
- 1–3 years of team handling experience
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to track performance and improve team output
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
