About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, building strong business relationships, and driving growth for our AI-powered SaaS platform.
You will play a key role in expanding CoreVeriq’s market presence by connecting with enterprises and operational teams that need smarter workflow automation, compliance management, and verification solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and lead generation activities
- Research and connect with decision-makers across enterprises, BPOs, operations teams, and compliance-driven businesses
- Conduct product presentations and demos for prospective clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Understand client operational challenges and position CoreVeriq solutions effectively
- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to align customer requirements
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, SaaS technologies, compliance workflows, and AI-driven operational solutions
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, business development, or enterprise sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with lead generation and outbound sales strategies
- Understanding of SaaS products, AI platforms, or workflow automation solutions is preferred
- Comfortable engaging with business stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
