CouponFares is one of India's growing B2B Travel Portal Development Companies, helping travel agents and tour operators launch their own white-label travel portals. We specialize in B2B travel technology solutions, including flight APIs, hotel APIs, bus booking systems, and white-label travel portals for travel businesses across India.
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive who can strengthen our online presence and generate quality business leads through engaging content and social media campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow CouponFares' social media accounts, including:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube
- X (Twitter)
- Create engaging content such as:
- Posts
- Carousels
- Reels
- Stories
- Infographics
- Short videos
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Design creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Write compelling captions and social media copy targeted toward travel agents and travel entrepreneurs.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation.
- Coordinate with the SEO and marketing team to promote blogs, services, and company updates.
- Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions.
- Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Research competitors and suggest innovative ideas to improve social media performance.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the travel industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B marketing or travel industry marketing.
- Understanding of lead generation strategies through social media.
