business application projects for large MNC clients across multiple countries. Such projects are
based on the hub and spoke architecture where SAP is implemented at the centre and MS Dynamics
is implemented in the subsidiaries, ancillaries and joint ventures, with multiple surround application
like CRM portals and mobile apps built-in all Tier-1 technology stacks.

business processes, industry best practices, organizational change management and application of
SAP &Microsoft ERP products in industry scenarios.

Role: Sales Leader (Machine Sales)
Reporting to: Directors and Head Sales
Location: Ludhiana/ Jaipur/ Lucknow (can be Based in Any one Location & travel across India and
abroad.)
Location: Company is headquartered at Noida and has regional branch in Kolkata, Mumbai and
multiple delivery centres across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for
Our ERP (SAP & Microsoft ERP) Project sales.
- Identify and prospect Manufacturing and Industrial institutions for new business opportunities for
strategic and high value deals for ERP and related projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers for a sales Cycle starting from
Owner/ MD (further maturing to different stages with CEO, COO, CFO Heads of Departments,
Engineering Head, Purchase Heads etc ).
- Must have persistence to manage sales with long gestation period, participate in technical and
commercial meetings, and track progress until final delivery.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Solutioning, Domain related stakeholders) to deliver
exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with Industry policies and directives.
Qualifications:
8 -15 years of experience in Sales Functions in any Leading Machine/ Equipment
Manufacturing companies.
Must have done sales in the within the territory and also having a network and connects
with the Owners/ MD of the companies.
Should be open to utilize his Experience into winning ERP Implementation projects from
similar Industries.
Must Have closed High Value deals ranging from 50 lacs to 1.5 cr (or above)

India & abroad is a part of the role.
