Job Summary*
Grace Kennett Foundation Hospital is seeking a dedicated Duty Medical Officer (DMO) to provide timely and quality medical care to patients. The DMO will assess, diagnose, and manage emergency, inpatient, and outpatient cases while working closely with consultants and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess, diagnose, and provide initial treatment to patients.
* Manage emergency, inpatient, and outpatient cases as assigned.
* Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
* Assist consultants in patient management and medical procedures.
* Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
* Coordinate with nursing and allied health teams to ensure quality patient care.
* Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.
Qualifications
* MBBS from a recognized institution.
* Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
Experience
* Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
* Prior hospital or emergency care experience is preferred.
Skills
* Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
* Effective communication and teamwork.
* Ability to work in rotational shifts.
