Angroos Gifts Boutique is urgently hiring a Telecaller Executive to join our team in Kadavanthra, Kochi.
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-friendly individual who enjoys speaking with customers, handling enquiries, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into successful orders.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifting products and gift hampers.
- Explain product details, customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily follow-up reports.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Coordinate with production, packing, accounts, and delivery teams for smooth order processing.
- Support showroom customers whenever required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or retail is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
