Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Engineer to drive business growth in our key territories. In this role, you will work closely with industrial distributors to expand market presence through technical support, field trials, troubleshooting, and direct application engineering. This position requires 75% field movement to engage directly with industrial clients and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with industrial distributors to drive business development, identify growth opportunities, and expand territory coverage.
- Market Mapping: Perform comprehensive mapping of potential industrial customers, segmenting high-value targets across key sectors.
- Technical Support & Trials: Conduct on-site technical field trials, demonstrate new product capabilities, and guide clients on optimal product selection.
- Troubleshooting & Service: Handle technical objections, resolve application-related product issues on-site, and deliver post-sales service support.
- New Product Deployment: Lead the technical rollout and application setup for newly launched industrial lubricant products in assigned regions.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields preferred).
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of total experience, with a mandatory minimum of 2 years specifically in the Industrial Lubricants industry.
- Age Limit: Under 40 years.
- Key Skills: Technical objection handling, industrial client management, application knowledge of lubricants, site troubleshooting, and field sales enablement.
- Work Style: Comfortable with extensive local and regional travel (75% field-based duty).
