As Store Manager at our Broadway Hyderabad location, you’ll be the face of the brand — leading a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a refined, service-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales, KPIs, and profitability while maintaining an elevated luxury ambience.
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver personalized, high-touch service aligned with Visamoda standards.
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising, presentation, and adherence to global brand aesthetics.
- Maintain deep brand and product knowledge across all collections to guide and educate clients.
- Oversee daily store operations — inventory control, cash management, reporting, and compliance.
- Build a strong client base and repeat business through relationship-driven selling and service excellence.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–6 years of experience in premium or luxury retail; ex–The Collective, White Crow, Palladium, or similar brands highly preferred.
- Exceptional grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, exceed sales targets, and maintain brand presentation standards.
- Passionate about fashion, customer experience, and creating memorable brand moments.

Pay: ₹24,420.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
