Centre Manager – Blanc & Dent Heal (Mumbai)
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dental and aesthetic centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and handle patient enquiries professionally.
- Convert leads into appointments and treatments through effective follow-ups and counselling.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience and address concerns promptly.
- Supervise and motivate the front desk and support team.
- Monitor billing, collections, daily reports, and centre operations.
- Coordinate with doctors and management to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
- Ensure adherence to operational protocols and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in clinic, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or centre management.
- Strong communication, sales, and lead conversion skills.
- Excellent organisational and team management abilities.
- Target-driven with a focus on patient satisfaction and business growth.
- Experience in dental, aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare settings will be preferred.
