Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant to strengthen our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and support our digital growth strategy.
This role will focus on expanding brand visibility, engaging with business owners, and driving enquiries through both organic and paid digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Generate quality leads through organic and strategic social media activities
- Manage and respond to messages, comments, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Grow and optimise LinkedIn presence targeting business owners and professionals
- Assist in building and managing TikTok presence with short-form video content
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (YouTube Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Conduct regular social media audits and recommend performance improvements
- Research competitors, market trends, and relevant content ideas
- Target business owners and entrepreneurs through strategic content and outreach
- Promote business listings to attract both buyers and sellers
- Support marketing campaigns to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions
- Update and enhance website content where required
- Manage and optimise the Google Business Profile
- Perform basic SEO checks and website performance analysis
- Track, analyse, and report on engagement, growth, and lead generation metrics
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (YouTube Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies and digital funnels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of branding and content creation principles
- Basic website management and SEO knowledge (preferred)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
Goal of the Role
To maximise brand reach, increase online engagement, attract business owners, and generate consistent, high-quality leads through a strong and effective digital presence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
