- Set up VMC machines according to production plans and job requirements.
- Install and align fixtures, vices, chucks, and workholding devices.
- Load cutting tools, set tool lengths and diameters, and manage tool offsets.
- Set work coordinates (G54–G59) and verify machine zero points.
- Load, verify, and prove CNC programs before production.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and obtain quality approval.
- Optimize machining setup to reduce setup time and improve productivity.
- Support operators during production and resolve machining or setup issues.
- Replace worn or damaged tools and maintain tool inventory.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and quality standards.
- Maintain setup records and report machine or tooling issues to supervisors.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
