Finance Manager (Ecommerce)
Join a dynamic Finance Team as a Finance Manager, responsible for financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will oversee finance operations, including accounting, vendor management, PQV analysis, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Finance Operations: Manage vendor accounts, ledgers, and payments.
- Reconciliation: Conduct vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Issue Resolution: Handle vendor returns and shortage claims.
- Financial Support: Assist in monthly closings, budgeting, and reporting.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps and enhance financial workflows.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Finance or related field; Master’s preferred. 2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce or related sectors.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, vendor management knowledge, proficiency in Excel, understanding of P2P processes, and problem-solving abilities.
