Office & Facility Management-
- Office Maintenance. ( Cleanliness, safety & upkeep of Office Premises)
- Facility Management (Oversee office infrastructure like electricity, water and other equipments)
- Supply Management (Procure & manage office supplies & Stationery)
- Vendor Coordination & Service Management (Coordinate , Follow up & Manage contracts & Agreements)
Resource & Inventory Management-
- Procurement (Office Supplies, Equipments & Other resource as needed)
- Allocation (Assign & Manage resources- equipment, software etc to employees)
- Tracking (Keep track of resource usage, availability)
- Optimization (Identify ways to optimize resource utilization & reduce waste)
- Stock Management (Manage inventory levels of office supplies & equipment (Laptops,charger, mouse,sim etc.)
- Audit (Conduct regular equipment & reconcile discrepancies.)
- Reporting (Provide reports as needed)
- Identify cost-saving opportunities for resource procurement
Employee Support & Coordination-
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and manage end-to-end event logistics.
- Handle hotel and travel bookings.
- Manage laptop hardware/software repairs and ensure tickets are raised and closed within TAT.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee operational and administrative queries.
- Provide CRM & Sales application training.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
Financial Administration-
- Manage Outcity (Expenses Reimbursement) processes, including end-to-end checking, processing & reporting
- Verify petty cash bills and reimbursements within budget across HO Noida and branches.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and ensure timely vendor payments and reconciliations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
