The Role: Creative Designer Intern We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Creative Designer Intern to join our team full-time, on-site, for a period of 3 months. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, video editing, and content creation who wants hands-on experience working on real campaigns for a growing brand. You will be responsible for creating posters, videos, and content that shape how students and parents see Beside Education. On successful completion, you will receive an Experience/Internship Certificate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative posters, banners, and graphics for social media, campaigns, and institute events.
- Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos and reels for various platforms.
- Write scripts and content ideas for videos and social media posts.
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Assist in brainstorming creative concepts and campaign ideas with the team.
- Design promotional material for courses, events, and announcements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative and visual content.
- Track engagement and performance of posted content, and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team on content calendars and deadlines.
- Assist with basic photography/videography during institute events, as required.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, design styles, and content formats.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and video files.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers welcome — no prior professional experience required.
- Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Skills: Good understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and basic scriptwriting.
- Attributes: Creative thinking, an eye for visual detail, and willingness to learn and take initiative.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with reels/short-form video content.
- Own laptop or basic editing setup.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
