Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service Management, SAP Case Management, SAP CRM Service, and SAP Customer Service (CS). The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Service Management solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of SAP Functional Consulting experience with SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP Case Management, SAP CRM Service, or SAP Customer Service (CS).
- Strong experience with Service Requests, Service Orders, Service Billing, Activities, Partner Functions, Product Master Data, and Organizational Structures.
- Expertise in SAP Case Management, including public sector and citizen service-related processes.
- Experience with SAP FI, PSCD, CS, and SAP BTP integrations.
- Strong knowledge of service process design, optimization, fit-gap analysis, and business requirements gathering.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and production support experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Government, Public Sector, or Judicial Services environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions.
- Support Service Requests, Service Orders, Case Management, Activities, Partner Functions, and Service Billing processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.
- Support integrations with SAP FI, PSCD, CS, and SAP BTP.
- Participate in testing, deployment, hypercare, and ongoing production support.
- Maintain functional documentation and drive continuous process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP Customer Service (CS) certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
- Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
