We are seeking a proactive and organized Play School Administrator to manage admissions, parent communication, front-office operations, accounts coordination, HR support, and day-to-day school administration. The role requires serving as the primary point of contact for Parents, Accounts, and Social Media inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Enrollment
- Handle inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, calls, and walk-ins.
- Maintain admission records and follow-up trackers.
- Guide parents through the admission process and coordinate school visits.
Parent & School Communication
- Address parent queries and communicate school updates and notices.
- Coordinate effectively with management and teachers.
Office Administration
- Maintain student and staff records, documentation, emails, and correspondence.
- Ensure smooth front-office operations and record management.
Accounts & HR Support
- Track fee collections, petty cash, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Accounts for reports and documentation.
- Support recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
School Operations
- Coordinate school events and activities with teachers and academic heads.
- Maintain school records, licenses, and compliance documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Administration, Front Office, or School Operations.
- Presentable, punctual, sincere, and well-organized.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Email, and WhatsApp.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
