We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Associate to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hotel policies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in front office/guest relations preferred (hospitality background a plus). Freshers can apply too.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Pleasant personality with a guest-first approach
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
