The role involves maintaining accurate records, analyzing price trends, visiting the factory weekly, and coordinating with internal departments to meet purchasing requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify reliable vendors and suppliers for materials, goods, and services.
Obtain quotations, compare pricing and terms, and negotiate best deals.
Create and process purchase orders in accordance with internal procedures.
Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
Visit the factory once a week for coordination and inspection (1-day trip).
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/production teams to plan reordering.
Evaluate vendor performance (quality, delivery, compliance).
Resolve any issues related to delivery, pricing, or invoices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
Assist in cost analysis and budget planning.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in a similar role (varies by company).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
