Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to identify the right talent for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Handle offer letter preparation and onboarding process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human resource management or relevant field
- Knowledge and understanding of HR cycle
- Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team
- Efficiency in time management
- Must have leadership skills
