About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated SEO & Digital Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in driving organic growth, managing paid campaigns, and generating quality leads through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, and website optimization.
- Execute On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO activities.
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical white-hat SEO techniques.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Plan and execute content marketing campaigns to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Generate weekly and monthly SEO and marketing performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm updates and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of real-time experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Keyword Planner.
- Experience in WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Added Advantage
- Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Experience in Influencer Marketing, including identifying influencers, coordinating campaigns, managing collaborations, and measuring campaign ROI.
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing certifications are preferred.
