Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
Process end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees.
Validate attendance, leaves, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
Ensure timely disbursal of salaries and generate payslips.
Onboarding & Documentation:
Facilitate onboarding and induction of new hires.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation and database.
Coordinate with internal teams for creation of employee codes and system entries.
Compliance & Statutory Filings:
Ensure accurate deduction and filing of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable statutory obligations.
Generate challans, submit returns, and maintain statutory records.
Assist in labor audits and ensure adherence to employment laws.
Grievance Management:
Address and resolve employee payroll and benefit-related queries.
Act as a point of contact for HR operations issues and coordinate resolutions.
Reporting & Coordination:
Generate monthly payroll and compliance reports for internal teams.
Coordinate with Accounts for payroll reconciliation and audit documentation.
Share payroll-related MIS for audits and management reviews.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Commerce, HR, or Business Administration.
3 to 6 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
Experience in staffing or manpower consulting industry preferred.
Key Skills:
Proficient in payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, or similar)
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Working Conditions:
Full-time, office-based role
Occasional travel required to meet employees deployed at client sites
Extended hours during payroll cycles or audits.

Pay: ₹460,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
