Position: Senior Social Media Executive / Manager

Experience Required:
- Senior Social Media Executive: 3+ Years
- Social Media Manager: 5+ Years
Olevea is looking for a Senior Social Media Executive / Manager who can take ownership of social media accounts, brand communication, strategy, client servicing, and pitches. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling multiple social media accounts, preparing presentations, and working on pitch decks and brand proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end social media accounts for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
- Develop and execute social media strategies, monthly content calendars, and campaign plans
- Handle client communication, meetings, account servicing, and approvals
- Coordinate with creative, content, video, and performance marketing teams for smooth execution of deliverables
- Monitor daily social media activities, engagement, posting schedules, and brand consistency
- Prepare high-quality PPT presentations, strategy decks, social media reports, and client presentations (Must Have)
- Work closely on new business pitches, brand proposals, and presentation decks
- Analyze social media performance, audience insights, and competitor trends to improve engagement and brand growth
- Ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed within timelines
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience for Senior Social Media Executive role
- 5+ years of experience for Social Media Manager role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, trends, and brand communication
- Excellent PPT making and presentation skills (Mandatory)
- Prior experience in pitching, strategy presentations, and business proposals
- Experience in handling multiple social media accounts and brands simultaneously
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Agency experience will be highly preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in creating pitch decks and presentation storytelling
- Strong creative thinking and campaign planning ability
- Understanding of performance marketing and digital trends will be an added advantage
