Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service and promote our optical products and services
- Manage customer inquiries and provide product information
- Help customers select the best product for their needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the optical industry
- Knowledge of optical products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
