Job Summary
HMBS Textiles Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to support business development activities, customer relationship management, order execution, and operational coordination. The role involves ensuring smooth communication between clients, production, logistics, and management while achieving sales targets and maintaining operational efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the textile and manufacturing sector.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, delivery schedules, and payments.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Operations Responsibilities
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Track customer orders from receipt to delivery and ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, dispatches, invoices, and customer communications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
- Support inventory monitoring and stock management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Textile Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, or Textile Industry.
- Experience in B2B sales and customer handling preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
