- Process and manage holiday package reservations efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel packages, resort availability, and booking details.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage reservations and customer requests.
- Support sales activities by promoting holiday memberships and travel packages.
