Summary:
We are eagerly looking a results-driven and enthusiastic Export Manager with 4–7 years of proven experience in international markets to drive global expansion and contribute to annual sales growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to develop and execute export sales strategies to drive revenue and annual growth targets of our company.
- Must be able to identify new markets and business opportunities; manage global clients and distributors.
- Must be able to conduct market research and track industry trends and competition.
- Must be able to manage end-to-end export operations including pricing, negotiations, and compliance.
- Must be able to coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to monitor sales performance and report to management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Should have bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, International Trade, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in export sales/international business (preferably FMCG/confectionery).
- Expertise in export documentation, logistics, and global compliance.
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven Experience of achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
