We are looking for a skilled Python & Network Applications Faculty with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in Python programming, networking, and network automation. The faculty should be capable of delivering practical, project-based, job-oriented training aligned with real-world NOC operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical training in Python programming, networking, network automation, APIs, monitoring, and automation.
- Conduct live coding, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and real-world projects.
- Guide learners in developing Python-based network automation and monitoring solutions.
- Provide practical NOC-focused training covering:
- SSH / Netmiko and remote device automation
- REST APIs, JSON and API-based monitoring
- Alarm and log monitoring
- Automated report generation
- TT/Ticket creation and workflow automation
- Email automation for NOC alerts, incidents, and reports
- Multi-device automation and information collection
- Configuration backup and remote command execution
- Failure detection, logging, alerts, and monitoring
- Support learners in building a complete Python Network Automation Toolkit.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python, data structures, functions, OOP, file handling, JSON/CSV, exception handling, and system automation.
- Practical knowledge of IP addressing, TCP/UDP, sockets, DNS, and network diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with Netmiko, Paramiko, Scrapli/NAPALM, REST APIs, and Python Requests.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, reporting, error handling, retry mechanisms, and concurrency.
- Familiarity with Python 3, VS Code, pip, virtual environments, and Git.
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of relevant training/faculty experience.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong practical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Must be comfortable with live coding and hands-on lab-based training.
- Candidates with experience as a Python Developer, NOC Engineer, Network Engineer, or Network Automation Engineer with training experience are preferred.
Important: Practical experience in SSH/Netmiko, APIs, alarm/log monitoring, automated reporting, TT/Ticket creation, and email automation in NOC environments is mandatory.
