The Head of Business is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth, revenue generation, strategic planning, operational excellence, and overall business performance. - Support talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
Financial Management
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure efficient use of company resources to maximize profitability.
- Present business performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Operations & Performance Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Improve processes, productivity, and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on key business metrics.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business management, sales leadership, operations, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business expansion.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale business initiatives.
