Education Qualification: · Preferably MA-English or Equivalent to the same or Graduate with minimum 5 years experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for English Language Training and development of the students.
- Determining training needs for students and conducting programs to enhance efficiency.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by developing pre/ post assessment.
- Conducting performance reviews of the students and providing feedback on areas of improvements.
- Determine training effectiveness and measure of performance.
- Developing and updating Instructional content to meet learning requirements of students.
- Creating assessment items for beginners to test their performance.
