Job Summary
The Collection Officer (CO) is responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, loan processing support, KYC verification, customer follow-up, repayment monitoring, and field operations. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer enrollment and membership-related activities.
- Support new customer acquisition and promote company products/services.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and self-help groups.
- Collect and verify KYC documents from customers.
- Conduct field visits and customer verification activities.
- Enter and update customer information in the system/application.
- Perform customer eligibility assessment and CIBIL/CB checks.
- Ensure proper documentation and process completion within the defined timeline.
- Explain loan products, repayment schedules, and company policies to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide necessary support.
- Monitor repayment collections and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Conduct field-level inspections and verification processes.
- Organize customer meetings and awareness sessions.
- Maintain daily activity reports and operational records.
- Achieve assigned business and collection targets.
- Manage a customer portfolio of approximately 600–800 customers.
Pay: From ₹12,500.00 per month
