Home Health Medical Coder - WFO - Night shift only
Work location: Bangalore or Coimbatore
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Job Summary
The Home Health Medical Coder is responsible for reviewing clinical documentation and assigning accurate ICD‑10 codes for home health patients. The role ensures coding accuracy, OASIS alignment, and PDGM compliance, directly supporting reimbursement and audit compliance.
Coders analyze:
- OASIS assessments
- Plan of Care (POC)
- Physician & therapy documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Allied Health, Pharmacy, Medical Records / HIM, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications:
- HCS‑D / BCHH‑C (preferred for home health)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
