HR Executive – Factory
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities at our factory.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of factory employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labor laws, and company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve employee concerns.
- Support performance appraisal and training initiatives.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and exit interviews.
Qualifications
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and HR processes.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
