Job Description
Telentrovia Placements is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with international students and job seekers in the USA who are actively looking for employment opportunities.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable using LinkedIn and job portals to generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality candidate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, and online research.
- Identify international students and professionals looking for job opportunities in the USA.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Qualify leads based on their profile and job requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for lead handover and follow-ups.
- Update lead data and maintain daily reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and internet research.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-driven.
