Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day salon operations.
- Handle client appointments, walk-ins, and customer service.
- Supervise staff performance and maintain discipline.
- Monitor sales, service targets, and retail product sales.
- Ensure hygiene, grooming standards, and salon presentation.
- Coordinate staff schedules and inventory management.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience as a Salon Manager or Front Office Manager in a salon.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of salon services and customer handling.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge preferred.
- Presentable personality and professional attitude.
