Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential customers to generate leads, sell products, or set appointments.
- Inbound Calling: Handle incoming customer inquiries, provide information, and address issues.
- Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services by explaining benefits.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer records, call logs, and contact information in the CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales conversion targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain professional, polite communication to build customer rapport and trust.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or in customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to meet targets.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales/marketing is a plus.
